Run Leaders: Karlene, Stevan and Tuan

The Club is fortunate to have a number of Athletics Australia accredited coaches who lead our structured training sessions. All our coaches are passionate, experienced runners with varied backgrounds and the skills to help you achieve your running goals.

Our training caters for all running abilities across a variety of events and distances. Different sessions may consist of speed work, hill sessions, fartlek or other targeted running exercises, all designed to support the development of our members' running capabilities.

Our training program runs from the beginning of February through to the end of November each year. 

Our coaches can also offer general advice and guidance on developing training plans for running events that you are keen to do--whether it's your first 5km fun run, an attempt to smash your marathon PB, or anything in between!
